### Job Title: Accountant / Administration

**Job Overview:**
Anas Siddiqui Building Construction LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant / Administration professional to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role is vital to maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting the management team in administrative functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Accounting:**
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper accounting of all transactions.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursements.
- Liaise with auditors and provide necessary doentation for annual audits.

**Administration:**
- Oversee general office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and manage filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Maintain and update company records, including contracts, employee files, and other confidential doents.
- Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
