Assist the Manager with the incorporation of new companies, preparation of compliance documentation, opening bank account, preparation of mandate agreements.
Ensures administrative support to the Manager (correspondence, filing, payment instructions for companies.
Being responsible for certain “global” tasks to be determined with the Manager (standard payment of invoices, filing of the statements, scanning of the accounting files.
Takes care of phone calls of Managers, Accountant and Team Managers,
Takes initiative related to better functioning of the teams on an administrative level.
