Job Description

As an Admin Buyer, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks while also managing the procurement process for the company. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business by providing support in administrative duties and coordinating the purchasing activities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role and procureme is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer applications and software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with procurement software or tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in procurement.
