Personal Assistant and admin to Managing Director (20% to 30% time)
•Taking care of all administrative responsibilities for service to Managing Director
•Arranging meetings, sending emails, etc.
•Arranging travel and maintain schedules
Business Development (70% to 80% time)
•Should have hands-on experience in social media marketing
•Day to day management and development of business.
•Identifying new sales leads, devising strategies, implementing new business initiatives and setting targets for driving sales growth across the business.
•Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.
•Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
•Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
•Invoicing, Payment follow-up, PowerPoint presentations
•Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
•Developing quotes and proposals and negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
•Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met with training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
