Carry out new student admission procedures, ensure that students meet admission requirements, and verify and enter documents and data into the university computer systems.
Handle candidate students and answer all their questions.
Enter the data of newly enrolled students into the university computer systems.
Answer the phone and provide callers with the necessary information on the university and its various disciplines.
Refer student admission files to the Registration Officer to carry out the registration procedures of admitted candidates.
Keep student papers in special files according to the established procedures.
Prepare the documents needed to issue provisional graduation certificates, submit them to the Ministry of Education and monitor the issuing and granting of certificates to the students.
Monitor and review students’ study plans and their academic progress in coordination with their Academic Advisor.
Monitor the procedures for study postponement and withdrawal, change of major and transfer to and from the university.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of the Admissions Department.
