A reputed company in Al Khobar, KSA is looking for a skilled Interior Designer (full time) with good experience in Design and Detailing in the commercial and corporate sector.
The Designer shall:
Be in charge of all phases of the project from conceptual design stage until execution and handover.
Be able to develop and present Conceptual designs in 2D and 3D professionally.
Generate high quality 3D model and 3D renders using SketchUp and v-ray.
Able to design and generate complex geometries.
Be highly proficient and experienced in preparation of detailed interior working drawings using AutoCAD software. (with knowledge of MEP integration).
Be proficient in generating Bill of quantities.
Have ample knowledge of Interior finishing materials, Furniture and other Resources and sourcing them as needed.
Conduct site visits and provide work clarity to the on-site team for smooth translation of the design during execution phase.
Softwares : Autocad , Sketchup, V-ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office.
Education : Bachelors degree
Experience : 05 years
Language : Fluent in English
Other qualities : Creative,Team Player, Dedicated, self-motivated and Enthusistic.
