Responsibilities:
Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for directing efforts with the Commercial Sales Representatives, promoting and selling company products, and maintaining customer relations with commercial customers in a professional and business like manner. will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
2. Understand market and end-user needs in conjunction with the regional sales and marketing teams within organization and Distribution partners to develop, enhance, and implement sales and marketing strategies.
3. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
4. Collect weekly / monthly sellout data from customers with in the assigned territory.
5. Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales Team.
6. Collect & Process monthly purchase orders from the customers with in the assigned territory.
7. Prepares regular sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
8. Assists other departments within organization to prepare sales and marketing literature.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PPT.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
- 3 plus years in Automotive parts related sales & marketing role.
- Willing to travel within the GCC
- UAE Driving license must.
