The individual must be able to promote, distribute, deliver the company's FMCG product range to the Wholesale, Modern Trade, Traditional Trade & HORECA customers in the UAE and also find opportunities within the local market to source and deliver products to its customer base.
The individual must bear the responsibility of achieving sales targets, maintaining stocks, introducing new products to the market, arranging Gondola displays, implimenting Planograms, managing retail space with minimum cost, supervising the deliveries, managing the merchadisers and all alloted retail shelves & space in the outlets. All these activities will be aligned with his KPI's
The individual will be responsible for monitoring all ageing reports and payment collections from the markets.
A dynamic & experienced sales person with a minimum of 6 years local UAE experience in the FMCG sector. Must have good knowledge of Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and all FMCG category channel handling.
The individual must have good experience in trade negotiations, developing & mantaining excellent relationships with his customers, must be proficient in diverse set of skills, including market research, data analysis, sales strategies and ready to work on his own with a mind set of "Business Owner". Must be able to read & understand all types of contracts & agreements. The individual must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and be ready to generate and submit daily sales reports to his line manager.
The individual must be able to speak fluent English, Hindi, Malayalam. He should posses a valid UAE driving licence.
