Manage through planning, implementing, controlling and reviewing all marketing & sales activities for the brands assigned under his department to achieve medium- and long-term objectives and targets.
Managerial & Organizational
In coordination with business units (BUs), develop and present short and medium-term marketing plans and budget that delivers BUs and PFC objectives.
Effectively and successfully implement & follow up on the brands business plan.
Operational:
Achieve business, brand & department objectives as per approved KPIs.
Conduct regular inventory analysis and ensure product availability at all location, avoiding out of stock or overstock situations.
Monitor and report slow-moving, aged, near expiry and expired products and inventories.
Prepare monthly evaluation to all promotional activities.
Prepare market retail audit data presentation by region and channel.
Conduct & report business gap analysis on sales performance by brand, region & channel.
Financial:
Conduct and report monthly analysis on GP% by brand and SKUs.
Reduce impact of aged and expired products on P&L.
