• Preparing the Quality Structural & Architectural Shop Drawing as per the directions and concepts of the client or consultant as-built drawings in Arch.
• General Notes and legends, Plot Site Plan, Floor Plans, Staircase details, Underground Water Tank details.
• Used AutoCAD system to prepare Engineering Blueprints.
• Can take measurements of any site Residential and Commercial buildings.
• Maintaining awareness of the contract terms & conditions.
• Responsible for producing high-quality project design deliverables in construction documents to work on any / all phase of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Shop Drawing preparation as-built drawings, and other construction documents.
• Coordination with other engineering departments and with the client and consultant. Handled both large and small-scaled drafting drawings.
• Strong communication including writing reports and presenting.
• Excellent computer skills in the software programs commonly used in an engineering office environment including AutoCAD.
• Strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with team members.
• Good project and time management skills to be able to handle multiple projects.
• Understanding engineering principles.
• High Attention to detail.
• Experience in Fast track projects.
Qualifications:
• Must speak English
• 3-5-year experience in Autocad (2D & 3D)
• Can join as soon as possible
• Male or Female
• Applicants must be in Saudi Arabia with valid transferable iqama
