Manage and supervise the daily operations of the automotive painting workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure that all painting equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Proven experience (min 3 years) as an Automotive Painting Workshop Supervisor or similar role.
Ability to communicate in English.
Strong technical knowledge of automotive painting techniques and equipment.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valid UAE driver's license is an added advantage
