Job Description:
G-Lux Interior is specialized in Interior Restoration and Refurbishment of Aircrafts, Jets & Yachts and we are seeking an experienced specialist to join our team.
The Aviation & Maritime Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the aviation and maritime sectors. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. A deep understanding of the aviation and maritime industries is essential, along with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has extensive experience in sales and customer relations within the maritime a aviation sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the technical team and play a critical mediation role between the Customer and Technical team for the success of the project, orchestrating the entire sales and maintenance process
• Control the budget of the project
• Support top management in customer relations: prepare proposals, client presentations, contracts, invoices, manage accounts receivables
• Represent the company at exhibitions, aviation shows, conferences
• Promote company capabilities and products
• Enhance leads generation and convert potential customers to current ones to keep consistent business load.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the aviation and maritime industries.
• In-depth understanding of the aviation and maritime markets, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve sales performance.
