Company Overview: We are a new ad-exchange providing digital publishers with access to a unique set of advertisers exclusive to our ad-exchange. At a time of falling fill rates, we help publishers manage and monetize higher portion of their digital ad inventory.
We are looking for an experienced digital publisher to join our team as AVP or VP of Digital Publisher Aggregation. This position will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of small-to-midsize digital publishers in GCC and Africa. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry, programmatic advertising and the role of advertising exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to acquire non-exclusive digital ad inventory funnel from 1,000+ digital publishers of all sizes in GULF COUNTRIES AND AFRICAN CONTINENT.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing digital publishers while providing ongoing support and training.• Provide support and guidance to publishers to help them optimize their use of the advertising exchange platform.• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that publishers may encounter.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new publishers onto the platform.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.• Analysing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement including weeding out digital publishers with bot-user patterns.
Requirements:• A freelancer or founding team member of a startup in SSP, Ad-Exchange or digital publisher aggregation vertical will be highly valued.• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.• More than 5 years of experience in digital publishing, programmatic advertising, or a related field in the given region.• Experience in creating a network of more than a 1,000 digital publishers, and onboarding them on SSPs or Ad-exchanges.• A self-starter with an ability to work independently as much as a part of a team.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong project management and organizational skills.
