Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
Meeting existing and potential clients through networking and other channels and building positive relationships with analysis and recommendation. Record in Meeting Log and share update with the Management.
Developing, producing plans, estimating budgets and timescales to presenting project proposals
Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
Studying Subcontract Agreeme received from Clients in detail and discuss costing with Estimation Dept and Planning department.
Submitting Offers and agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
Monthly site meeting to maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems and record in Progress Log and shared with Management
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions and shared with Management
Interacting daily and weekly with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the Site.
Project Development / Material list submission Project development li organizati Statement / terms of subcontract to be showed and discussed with Purchase, Planning and Estimation department.
Follow up Clients and discuss their overdue paymen of outstanding credit and invoices from the completed and current ongoing projects to minimize profit loss.
Coordinate with Govt. Authorities like DEWA, FEWA, MOID, MOPA and other authorities for approval request for final inspection.
