Responsibilities:
Analyze and doent business processes, requirements, and systems in the banking domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business needs, goals, and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis to propose efficient solutions, process improvements, and system
enhancements.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and
regulatory requirements.
- Develop comprehensive business and technical specifications, including functional and non-
functional requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure
successful implementation and integration of solutions.
- Perform feasibility studies, impact analysis, and risk assessments for proposed changes and
initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support during the development, testing, and deployment phases of
projects.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for optimization and
recommending appropriate measures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the banking
sector.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulations in Bahrain. Familiarity with
core banking systems, digital banking solutions, and data analytics is desirable.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and
proposing innovative solutions. Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all
levels. Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives,
and recommend optimal solutions.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and
priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM system Microsoft Dynamics and ability to customize and configure
CRM modules. Knowledge of data management, segmentation, and automation within CRM
platforms, Microsoft Dynamics and power platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Excel or analytics platforms, to derive insights and
make data-driven decisions. Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Power BI is a
plus.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and sales development
techniques. Familiarity with CRM concepts, tools, and best practices
