We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at a leading printing company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the company's growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, emails, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify customer needs and match them with the company's products and services.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors. Stay up to date on the latest developments in the printing industry.

Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align business development efforts with company goals and resources.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the printing industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of the printing industry, products, and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of print technologies, materials, and processes.
Previous experience in B2B sales or working with corporate clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
