Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for individuals with a degree in Business Administrati or equivalent experience in sales. The selected candidate will receive intensive training in prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, with a dedicated mentor assigned to guide them throughout their internship.
Responsibilities:
Identify businesses in the Middle East that could benefit from our HR and recruitment processes.
Initiate conversations with potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify leads and book appointments with sales executives for further discussion.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
Assist in the development of sales pitches and presentations.
Track and report on sales activities and progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administrati preferred, or equivalent of two years of experience in sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
