•Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and select suitable brands that align with Alchemist and conduct analysis for market trends.
•Negotiate with prospective brands on commercial terms, ensuring favorable terms for both parties, and oversee the seamless onboarding process.
•Develop comprehensive plans for successful brand launches, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely execution of all launch-related activities.
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand visibility and effective communication strategies that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of brands, continuously assessing key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
•Devise and execute effective planning strategies, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with overall business objectives.
•Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
•Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute plans that drive consumer engagement and improve brand visibility, utilizing daily phasing strategies to optimize consumer interaction and conversion rates.
Requirements:
•Candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience.
•B in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
•Proven sales track record.
