Key Responsibilities
Design and Planning:
-Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications for villa construction projects.
-Ensure designs meet all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Construction Supervision:
-Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety regulations.
-Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
Project Management:
-Manage and coordinate the overall construction process, from planning to execution.
-Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for villa construction projects.
Technical Guidance:
-Provide technical support and guidance to resolve construction-related issues.
-Address any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction phase.

Experience:
-Minimum 5-10 years of experience in villa construction, with proven experience in G+1, G+4, or higher projects.
-Strong understanding of Dubai construction regulations, with Dubai Municipality approval card required.
Education:

Skills and Attributes:
-Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams effectively.
-Proficiency in technical drawing and construction software.
-Valid own car for site visits and commuting.
