Job summary
This role will be responsible for the preparation of food items (continental, Arabic, indian dishes)
Key responsibilities
•Cook and produce foods inside assigned station of the production area, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product in bulk quantity
•Prepares and coordinate the menus as per the orders for the day
•Estimate food consumption and requisition of ingredients.
•Assist in planning the menus; costing, safety standards implementation,
•Ensure proper equipment operati.
•HACCP certified (Level-3 & 4)
•Ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the company and food safety standards.
