Job Summary: Respond to customer inquiries and monitor compliance-related issues online to ensure compliance with internal policies and local authorities.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Explain products and policies to new and current customers
• Resolve and attend to customer complaints, concerns and guide them and provide relevant information
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Support customers with all their inquires
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulatio laws
• Maintains a growing knowledge about product features, usage, a dosage to be able to accurately assist FB
• Handle customer products inquiries and returns with the highest level of professionalism
• Attends to FBO’s concerns e.g. requests, complaints, or inquiries on a personal basis and other forms of effective communication

Qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Knowledgeable of the Ministry of Health policy of the Middle East is an added value.
• Analytical and innovative mind able to foresee critical issues and offer best practice solutions.
• Experience in the regulatory affairs department is an added value.
• Telephone skills, verbal communication, and listening skills.
