Role and Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment, product returns, and other customer-related processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
