**Job Description: Customer Servi Executive** Al Hayat International Shipping
(Car Forwarding Experience Preferred)

Customer Servi Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through call handling for customer inquiries. The role involves providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to company products or services. This is a pivotal role and the main point of contact between Customer and Airline. Al Hayat International Shipping are newly appointed General Sales Agent's for a Major Cargo Airline.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service**:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries, providing information about products, services, or company policies.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure the Information we give is accurate and timely. Proactive Customer Service.
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
- Provide administrative support to Business Development and Airline Management as required.
- Knowledge of Car processing and IATA regulations required.

2. **Problem Resolution**:
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer solutions, including product or service guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.

3. **Data Management**:
- Accurately doent customer interactions and update records in the system. CRM.
- Ensure that customer information is kept confidential and up to date.

4. **Performance Targets**:
- Meet or exceed set performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

5. **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with team members (Business Developme Representati Manageme parties (G Aviati Carriers) to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Skills & Qualifications: **

- Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to interact with customers professionally.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation. (CRM-Airline systems preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (Required).

**Working Conditions:**
- Shifts may vary, and weekend or holiday work could be required. Initially Sun-Thu 9-6.

Skills Required
Arabic Basic communication skills. Excellent computer knowled Emails MS Excel MS Office Word, Powerpoint, CRM *salesforce or similar.


Candidate Requirements

Can do, will do attitude, Presentable, Ability to work alone and ensure assigned task are completed in time.
Flexible and adaptable. Al Hayat International Shipping are new and ambitious, the Company plans to grow and expand quickly supporting our principal (Cargo Airline) and our future Customers, inside and outside of Kuwait.
Knowledge of Car processing and IATA regulations required.
