* You must be experienced in Deep Searching in a Debt Recovery Agency.
* Experienced in Debt Collections & Recovery in an Agency only, with a track record of right party contactables.
* Well presented and groomed, excellent communication in English and Arabic, other languages a plus!
* Punctual and the ability to respect our 'Code of Conduct' and Compliance aligned with UAE Bank Policies.
* Expert in MS Excel Sheets.
* Track Record of achieving Monthly Targets from the data you extract when Deep Searching.
* Flexible and willing to apply more than expected.
* Professional Remedial Level of customer communication to achieve closure of pending liabilities.
* Well rounded, respectable and willing to follow the line of authority.
* Experienced in Banking Debt Collections & Recoveries.
