•At least 7-10 years of experience in the aluminum extrusion industry, with a focus on industrial application dies.
•Expertise in die correction techniques, including milling, grinding, polishing, and die nitriding.
•Strong understanding of die manufacturing processes, materials, extrusion press operation, and aluminum flow dynamics.
•Proficient in using tools and equipment for die measurement and adjustment.
•Ability to identify profile defects and develop recommendations for die design improvements and process adjustments.
•Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
