• Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content that will build meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the FEC’s social content.
• Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Defining and executing a specific social media strategy.
• Cultivating new communities and managing branded online communities on the FEC’s behalf using Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media channels.
• Collaborating with other departments (guest services, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
• Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals.
• Plan, create content and give directions to design team and documentation (photographer & videographer) team to produce needed collaterals & videos aimed for marketing use
• Generate reports and meet KPIs
Ability to be persuasive, influential and amenable.
