Electrician
Perform skilled Electrical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of Electrical systems and related equipment and facilities; perform Preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
1. Install, maintain and repair Electrical systems for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair of Electrical systems .
2. Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
3. Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.
4. Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
5. Maintain and submit monthly mileage log forms.
6. Repair or replace defective parts in Electrical systems and equipment and their controls, including thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, damper motors, , relays, , controls, , compressors, , high limit controls, pressure controls,
7. Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of, Electrical systems components, timers, motors and wiring systems as needed; connect motors to control panels.
8. Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
9. Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).
10. Familiar with all Electrical systems , Electrical Building Maintenance
