4.Carpentry works basic only (like , Door or Door lock fixing, Drawers fixing Cupboard fixing)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician plumb to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in both plumbing and electrical systems, with a strong understanding of local codes and regulations within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.& Diagnose issues in plumbing and electrical systems, providing effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and service reports.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
Technician 4 years experience in UAE
Proven experience as both a plumb and handyman, preferably in the UAE.
Valid plumbing and electrical certifications or licenses.
Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical installation techniques and safety practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
