Vida events company is looking for an enthusiastic event coordinator to manage, design and implement setups and events in different emirates around the country.
Requirements:
An event manager ensures the smooth running of an event from conception to completion.
Prepare the par set up as per the customer requirements.
ensures all the events required material is loaded in the delivery truck.
helps to find an appropriate space for an event and prepares the setups in a way that meets the standards.
Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
Knowledgeable about flower handling techniques.
Able to provide specialise design and floral expertise to design and create floral arrangements for all events
experienced in balloons arrangements.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 hours
part-time days: flexible based on customer reservation
salary per event: 150dhs
transportation allowance is provided based on the emirate.
Drivers license and car is a must.
