Key Responsibilities:
•Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of exhibition stands and events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand standards.
•Production Management: Collaborate with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure high-quality deliverables within set timelines and budgets.
•Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
•Logistics Oversight: Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and on-site management during events.
•Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
•Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
•Proven experience in event coordination, particularly with exhibition stands in the luxury and lifestyle sector.
•In-depth understanding of the production process, including design, fabrication, and installation.
•Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
