Job Description

1. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publication and presentation.
2. Setup immediate superior’s travel arrangements.
3. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
4. Maintain immediate superior’s working calendar.
5. Prepare and maintain immediate superior’s expense report.
6. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
7. Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
8. Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
9. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
10. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
11. Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system.
12. Sign for U packages.
13. Coordinate and perform project-based or ad hoc work.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.


Candidate Requirements

 Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
 Ability to transcribe minutes of meeting or business correspondence
 Keen attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
 Good verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
 Excellent telephone skill
 Computer literate
