Position Details:
•Location: The Lakes, Next to Emirates Hill, Dubai, UAE
•Working Hours: 10 am to 8 Pm
•Start Date: Immediately
•Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1.Child’s Education and Development
•Utilize Montessori methods to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
•Develop and implement daily educational activities focusing on sensory, practical life, and cognitive skills.
•Introduce age-appropriate concepts such as language, mathematics, and cultural studies.
•Encourage independent thinking, problem-solving, and self-discipline in line with Montessori principles.
2.Child’s Emotional and Social Development
•Foster a nurturing and secure environment to support the child’s emotional well-being.
•Encourage positive social interactions and teach empathy, respect, and collaboration.
•Observe and doent behavioral patterns to tailor educational and emotional support.
3.Daily Care and Routine
•Plan and manage the child’s daily schedule, including meals, naps, and structured playtime.
•Ensure the child maintains good hygiene and healthy eating habits.
•Provide age-appropriate supervision, ensuring safety during all activities.
4.Communication with Parents
•Regularly update parents on the child’s progress, milestones, and any observations or concerns.
•Collaborate with parents to ensure continuity of Montessori principles at home.
•Incorporate feedback from parents to customize activities and care.
5.Maintenance of Learning Environment
•Prepare and maintain Montessori materials and tools in an organized and clean manner.
•Ensure the learning space is safe, tidy, and conducive to exploration and creativity.
•Rotate educational materials to keep the child engaged and stimulated.
6.Willingness to Commit Time
•Dedicate full-day hours to the child’s care, education, and overall development.
•Flexibility to adapt to the child’s needs and changes in schedule when necessary.
7.Personal Development
•Stay updated on Montessori techniques, attending workshops or training if needed.
•Continuously improve knowledge of child psychology and early childhood education.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Prior experience working with infants or toddlers
•Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Early Childhood Care)
•Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
•Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
•Ability to provide references upon request
