Ability to communicate with the design team
Detail-oriented.
Must know how to manage time and keep the workspace organized.
Must know how to grade garments and make alterations.
Keep a detailed record of daily work and complete day-to-day tasks assigned; ability to meet deadlines.

1. Working knowledge of sewing machine is required
2. Must have more then 8 years experience in designing patterns, Cutting, and Sewing Ladies Suits Specialist.
3. Fluency in English or Russian is an advantage.
4. Ability to manage workshop, supervising the production and quality control
Knowledge of fabric types, colors and fabric care.
