We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
Ethiopian nationality.
Female.
Muslim.
Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office management tools (MS Office, email, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the manager.
Organize and maintain files, doents, and records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Location: Dubai
Salary: 2000-3500
