We’re hiring a motivated Female Administrative Partner to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction doents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. Responsibilities
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Maintain contact lists
- Answer phones and direct calls between offices
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Knowledge in mycrm and brokerpad
- Knowledge of office 360 and to be sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic will be an advantage.
- 2 years of Dubai Real Estate Experience is a Must
- Must-have Experience with the Trakheesi system & knowledge of all Real Estate forms ( A,B,F& I )
- Ability to Multi-task & work under pressure
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
