Job Summary:
The Floor Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to operational standards. Qualified candidate works to maintain smooth and efficient operations, foster a positive work environment, and ensure that all guest needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
Assign responsibilities to staff, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
Assist with coaching and mentoring staff, particularly during peak times.
Ensure all operating equipment and supplies are stocked, managed, and properly maintained.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings, discuss service standards, up-selling opportunities, and any updates.
Monitor customer feedback, report concerns, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and keep updated guest history.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including restrooms and dining areas.
Work with the kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth operation.
Implement staffing schedules, optimizing coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, and supervise cashiers during service.
Manage employee attendance and maintain accurate time sheets.
Coordinate with housekeeping and stewarding to adhere to cleaning schedules.
Ensure that the restaurant follows health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Provide courteous, professional service at all times, upholding the restaurant's standards of appearance and hygiene.
Assist in employee development, identifying and training talents for future roles.
Supervise employee interactions, maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
Participate in monthly employee meetings and provide feedback on operational issues.
Oversee inventory management, including conducting monthly checks, supervising stock levels, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.


Candidate Requirements

Available in the UAE
Proven 5+ years of experience in a floor management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the foodservice industry.
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards
