Job Description

• To co-ordinate the daily operations of the school, project the brands image and increase sales by delivering exceptional customer service before and after-sale.
• Greet, welcome and direct all visitors, customers and students, with a friendly smile, as soon as they arrive at the school. Greet customers, students and parents of students by their first name and offer assistance.
• Manage all customer problems or complaints to the best of your ability. Show understanding and expedite the resolution of all customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction. If out with your control, escalate to the direct supervis manager.
• Welcome walk-ins and answer questions about services and products.
• Determine customer needs, respond to all enquiries in a courteous manner, register students and schedule assessments for customers.
• Support management with all intern school events including examinations, open days, concerts etc.
• Understand and promote company services and products. Inform clients about new services and discounts.
• Minimum Diploma in Administration, similar qualification or relevant experience.
• Customer service certification is an advantage


Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar role, Must have previous sales experience.
• Achieve all pre-defined sales targets and KPIs within the set timelines.
• Excellent selling, communication (fluent spoken and written English) and negotiation skills
• Intermediate I.T. skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
