Change Management
Event Assurance and Management
Escalation and follow up for Network Incidents per SOP.
3rd party fault escalation & follow up.
SLA understanding & fulfilment and follow up for compliance with all stakeholders.
W understanding and execution during NOC operational tasks
Reporting & Presentation skills
Problem Management Process, Resolution TTs for repeated faults.
Customer Complaints Handling, Support to other vendo under Huawei scope
Network Safety & Security standards compliance.
