· Start-up of the Transport tech solution business
· Reporting to BOD, fulfilling and complying with all related fiduciary requirements including governmental requirements (rules and regulations) and related reporting
· Full P&L responsibility. Prepare and managing budgets
· Overseeing business operations including the management of carriers and shippers in accordance with agreed KPI and SLA agreements
· Develop and drive strategy to promote effective relationships with carriers and shippers (customers), to ensure effective understanding and applications of business requirements and priorities.
· Business Development: costings and pricing, presentations and negotiation
· Developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
· Drive revenue growth by managing the sales team in developing, identifying and implementing and selling strategies
· Contract Management: Oversee Service Level Agreement compliance, ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal
· Human Resources: accountable for recruitment and development of a highly motivated team, under pinned by a strong performance management culture.
