Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at 7Ribs in Riyadh. The Head Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, plan and create menu items, manage food preparation, ensure quality and consistency in dishes, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of food production.
Qualifications
Culinary skills in menu planning, food preparation, and food presentation
Knowledge of smoking techniques and meat preparation
Leadership and team management abilities
Creativity in recipe development and flavor combinations
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Experience in a similar role or high-volume kitchen environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)
Salary - SAR 7000 (Full Package)
