Analytical, planning, and decision-making role focusing on the health of the panel in order to forecast and determine the
recruitment, establishment survey, and demographic balance needs of the sample. Primary functional responsibilities for
panel recruitment (process not people), response rate, establishment survey, and panel balance.
Responsibilities:
● Sample Management
● Review and establish sample management and maintenance priorities including recruitment support and household installation plans.
● Drive strategy & execution of efforts focused on meeti key panel balance metrics.
● Manage effective communication of sample management priorities to field and panel management leaders.
● Manage sample design, quotas, and quality standards as required by client contracts, JICs and other internal and
external auditing entities.
● Review quality reports on an on-going basis. Develops effective strategies to ensure all quality goals and initiatives
are met.
● Anticipate defects and inefficiencies and formulate corrective actions (in collaboration with KPI / governance
leadership).
● Manage establishment survey sample selection and process.
