Responsible for preparing orders, set trays and delivering items to guest rooms in attentive and efficient manners and ensuring to provide excellent service as per the hotel standard operating procedure.
Additionally responsible for maintaining cleanliness at work and guest areas by cleaning, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area.
Also serve food courses and beverages to guests.
* Should have very good telephone etiquettes.
* Able to work alone and with team.
* Flexibility to work for longer hours as per business demand.
* Pro-active and reliable.
* Strong communication skills ( verbal, listening, writing).
* Be courteous, professionale and provide efficient service.
