The HSE Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the health, safety, and environmental protection policies and procedures within an organization. This role ensures the company complies with regulatory standards, reduces workplace risks, promotes health and safety awareness, and minimizes environmental impact. The HSE Manager will lead initiatives to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental hazards, while also promoting a safe and healthy working environment.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to reduce accidents and hazardous situations in the workplace.
Establish and maintain the organization's emergency response and crisis management procedures.
Oversee environmental programs to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and minimize the company's environmental impact.
Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote its usage among employees.
