Duties and Responsibilities:1Implement an HSE framework that ensures that ongoing development projects and site work strictly adhere to the H&S policies of the Company.2Implement appropriate HSE guidelines and ensure that corresponding documentation encompasses all construction activities.3Prepare HSE review schedules and their implementation and checks.4Develop emergency response procedures and plans, and ensure that procedures are continuously updated.5Continuously update the HSE framework and guidelines to ensure that all construction risks and HSE records are visible to management and reported periodically.6Identify and flag HSE issues in a timely and ensure these issues are communicated to the company’s management in accordance with the company’s requirements.7Oversee all HSE management processes and activities of contractors to ensure that controls and documentation are in line with the requirements of the development.8Recommend and implement corrective processes and action as deemed necessary.9Review and recommend evaluation and acceptance of contractor H&S management and assurance processes.Qualifications: Degr in SafetyExperience: 3 to 5 years related experience in similar HSE position in construction project implementationRequirements:1. Nebosh IGC2. OSHAD Qudorat ADM Certified3. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral4. Strong customer service orientation5. Strong analytical skills and attention to details6. Able to work on extended hours to fulfill and respond to emergency situation7. Professional manner able to take firm and timely decisions
