Responsibilities

- Assist clients in preparing necessary doentation and ensure all forms are completed accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Manage client databases and maintain detailed records of all interactions and case progress.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Negotiate with relevant authorities on behalf of clients when necessary to facilitate the immigration process.
- Collaborate with team members using tools such as SharePoint for efficient information sharing and project tracking.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients throughout the immigration process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and experience with databases for record-keeping purposes.
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently without compromising quality.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
