The Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for assessing different Data Centres,
Infrastructure Components (Network, Servers, Storage, Systems, Security, etc.) with different locations and maturity levels and proposing improvements and solutions to optimize their costs, performance, management, and security, along with their technical designs. Additionally, he is responsible for communication with different stakeholders to conduct awareness sessions and present the proposed solution.
The candidate must have the expertise to cover the Responsibilities below:
Assess, design, document, and develop the organization's current and target Infrastructure Architecture based on business requirements.
Work with business and IT leaders to understand business and technology requirements supporting IT Infrastructure designs.
Ensures infrastructure architecture alignment with the organization objectives, collaborates with other domain architects to ensure alignment.
Ensures initiatives and projects conform to Infrastructure Architecture direction, best practices, and standards.
Monitors technology advancements and adapts the implementation of the Target Infrastructure Architecture as appropriate.
Helps project teams to design, develop, document, and deliver EA compliant initiatives and projects including alignment to the Target Infrastructure Architecture vision, direction.
Analyses existing systems to ensure they offer adequate security and are effectively meeting the needs of the organization.
Establishes and implements architectural conformance.
Supports EA Governance and Change Management Processes.
Additional Skills (Preferable):
MEGA EA Tool Hands-on.
All relevant Certifications that comply with the Enterprise Architecture Concept, such as TOGAF, SOA is plus.
