Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Executive – Cybersecurity, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through proactive engagement with customers. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing renewals and upsell opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Additional incentive structure designed slab wise, for target achievers, over and above basic salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the cybersecurity solutions offered by the company, including product features and competitive advantages.
- Generate new leads through direct cold calling, emails, social media, and other lead generation activities.
- Ensure timely submission of new, renewal, and upsell quotes.
- Manage order processing efficiently and optimize the process.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc quote requests for new, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Engage with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and position add-on solutions effectively.
- Follow the deal registration expansion process for self-generated n opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to close deals as per projections.
- Provide timely and convincing responses to queries raised by customers.
- Ensure all leads and opportunities are entered and updated regularly in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for product promotions, lead generation, and email campaigns.
- Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining the sales network in the region by organizing sales and technical enablement sessions, account mapping, and building a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide weekly status updates on sales opportunities internally and with vendors as needed.
- Ensure product delivery and coordinate with the finance team for customer payment collection.
- Work with the internal technical team for pre-sales support, implementation, and post-sales support as required.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or business development, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong ability to engage with customers, partners, and vendors effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Experience in handling renewals, upselling, and lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
Goal-oriented with a proactive sales mindset and ability to meet targets.
