IT Application Support Executive


Candidate Requirements

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup
Ask custome Ops targeted questions to quickly understand Root Cause of the problem
Track system issues through to resolution, within SLA
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate intern teams.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged – through ticketing system
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Follow up with clients to ensure their resolution of issue
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Maintain jovial relationships with clients

Desired Skills & Experience
Should have 3-4 years’ experience in Software support services preferably in health club industry. Should have Knowledge about ERP solutions & health club applications, remote connections, payment gateways, billing systems etc. Excellent English communications skills is a must. Should have basic knowledge about IT infrastructure like internet connectivity, intranet, hardware setup, etc. Should be available Transferable visa is mandatory.
