Lead the design, documentation and development of high-level hardware and software design architecture
Coordinate and contribute to system implementation and optimization
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them to product requirements
Analyze various technical solutions and make recommendations that has technical, financial, and strategic advantages.
Generating high level hardware requirements, based on the user's needs and other constraints such as cost and schedule.
Performing cost benefit analysis to determine the best method or approach for meeting the hardware requirements
Provide technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and tuning of storage architecture and technologies
Assist in architecture development and assessment
Assess operating system and suggest storage architecture solutions, including hardware backup.
Requirements:
6+ years of Systems Architecture experience
4+ years of experience of overall architecture of hardware for products and solutions.
Strong Knowledge & experience in IBM Hardware systems design
Experience in overall architecture of enterprise server and storage systems.
MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering major preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
Ability to analyze, implement and recommend changes
Work Permit in Saudi Arabia
