Serve as the point of contact for venue-based users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or in-person.
• Investigate and help resolve issues on customer’s IT domains using agreed troubleshooting methodologies.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
• Walk the customer employee through the problem-solving process.
• Doent fix processes and help streamline procedures for future technical support actions.
• Provide accurate information on IT services to the client groups.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on processes and procedures.
• Cooperate with assigned team on overall IT tasks.
• Contribute to other Onsite IT Support activities.
We are looking for an IT Support. Candidate should have a good knowledge for IT Hardware, Software & Network support.
At least a basic knowledge for Network. Total experience 3-4 years.
